All bookings are for a 2 hour sitting unless further time has been agreed with a member of the management team

Please note that bookings are for food only. We do not accept bookings for drinks only, unless cleared with a member of the management team.

You will receive an email confirmation of your booking - please keep this safe and check all junk/spam folders

Pre - Authorisation 

To secure your booking we will pre-authorise your credit or debit card. No money will be taken from your account at the time of booking

Christmas Bookings

For bookings over the festive period we require a deposit of £10 pp payable upon booking to secure your spot. The deposit is refundable if 7 days notice of any cancellations is given - If less than 7 days notice is given then the deposit will be kept, this includes dropping of numbers to your party. This applies to all groups of 8 or more.

Christmas Menu

The Christmas menu is available for groups of 8 or more and will be the only menu available to larger groups of 12 or more. Any dropping of numbers outside of the 7 day notice of period will result in your deposit being kept and the Christmas menu being honoured ( you will not be able to order from our normal menu if you drop below 12 people)

Cancellation Policy 

If you need to cancel or amend your booking please do so via the link you will find in the confirmation email, alternatively please email us at hello@lacocinatapas.co.uk. Do no not call us as we are not always able to answer the phone, especially during busy periods.

 

Christmas Cancellations *

Please note the deposit and cancellation requirements throughout the festive period. Deposits are refunded on the night off your booking through credit on your bill if cancelled within the specified period.

Any group cancellations are as follows

More than 7 days notice  - Deposit refunded 

Within  7 days - Deposit kept by the venue

On the day of booking - the full price of the set Christmas Menu will be payable (£31.95pp) this will be charged to the stored card 

 

Normal Bookings

 We require 48 hrs notice for groups of 8 people or more and up to 12pm midday on the day of your booking for groups under 8 people.

Failure to cancel your booking or amend any changes, including dropping of numbers to your party size to your booking within the specified time frame will result in a £10 charge per person.
